Project partner meeting in Zagreb

On September 14 and 15, the EKA University of Applied Sciences (EKA) participated in the partner meeting of an international project, BENEFIT, which took place in Zagreb, Croatia.

The Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, North Macedonia, oversees the BENEFIT project, which brings together top-notch partners from several European countries, including Croatia, Bulgaria, and Greece. This project started on September 1, 2022, and will continue until August 31, 2024. Its main goal is to improve the quality and efficiency of higher education through modern blended learning methods and modernized models of higher education institutions.

This project is based on the results of the Erasmus+ project "EMBED: European Maturity Model for Blended Education," and its aim is to adapt educational institutions to modern needs. This leads to greater personalization, a better student experience, and higher efficiency. This learning approach has also been recognized and supported by the European Commission′s "Digital Education Plan 2021-2027", as it potentially provides enormous benefits in the field of education.

More information about the project is available on its website, benefit-eu.org.

This project is financed and supported by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program, core activity 2 "Collaborative Partnerships in Higher Education".EKA is proud of the opportunity to participate in the BENEFIT project, together with other universities from different European countries, and is ready to work to improve the quality of higher education and obtain positive results in the field of education.
