As already known, each year brings a lot of changes. The year 2015 is not an exception – it has already made changes in the Student Council of the University College of Economics and Culture (UCEC SC).

On January 9, 2015, the elections of the UCEC SC Board had started with previous board’s substantive report for 2014. After all member of the UCEC SC could participate in the elections and vote for the most appropriate candidate for each position.

After the poll the new board of the UCEC SC has become known – in 2015 Annija Leite will be the Chairperson of the UCEC SC Board. She chose Oskars Kaņeps as vice-chairperson. As regarding other directions, their heads in 2015 will be: Direction of Culture - Linda Dinbire, Public Relations and Information - Eva Mareka Šaknere, Academic Direction - Ilze Rivča.

We were pleased to see quests from Student Councils of other high schools, as RISEBA SP, BAT SP, LSPA SP, RTU SP and LU SP, and honorary member of the UCEC SC - Monta Valdmane.
