Webinar: Finding Balance Amidst Chaos - self and co-regulation in a world of disruption

November 24 at 17:00 online.

Why it is important?

In an increasingly fast changing world we believe that it is possible to maintain balance in the midst of chaos. That contextual uncertainty doesn′t always have to put us into "survival mode", reducing our ability to think clearly, to have well-being and tranquility, and to be productive in what we do. That it is possible not only to regulate ourselves, but also to be a center of "co-regulation" for those around us, improving ourprofessional and personal relationships, thus contributing to more harmonious, productive and satisfying relationships, and healthier organisations and societies.

How?

Through dynamic and interactive interventions that combine the latest knowledge from areas such as neuroscience, contemporary psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, among others, with scientifically supported practices such as mindfulness, presencing, or IFS, we create safe spaces for each person to develop intra-personal and inter-personal skilss (e.g. self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, communication, leadership)that enable them to have greater well-being, increased productivity, and a greater capacity to interact with others and with the world around them.

Lecturer: Mr. Vasco Gaspar, Portugal, an international author, speaker and facilitator that curates science-based methodologies to create safe spaces for people to manifest their true potential.
